18.01.2022 What will the rest of my family eat? This is the question I get asked all the time. My family eats what I eat. I usually just add a carb (potatoes, pasta or rice) and I don’t limit their protein or veggie intake. I’m also more than happy to offer them a wider range of vegetables (if they’ll eat it ) ... Even my 18month old eats what I eat (see pic)
12.01.2022 As of tomorrow I’ll be away with the family for a week. I will do my best to answer any questions you may have while I’m away but I don’t plan to be constantly on my phone during this time. I shall check in with you all tomorrow morning and will do so again on Saturday morning to see how you’re all tracking!! Continue to make me proud you’re all doing an amazing job!! Stay strong and have an awesome, skinny week
11.01.2022 I’d been on phase one for the majority of my adult life but when I started the 123 diet, phase one was the beginning of the rest of my life! The importance of phase 1: The foods you eat during these two days react with the drops and get your fat cells stimulated so that when one moves to p2 it shocks the body into releasing weight. There is no need to over do these days, you can eat as you usually do, you can eat the foods you are going to miss or treat yourself. You can ...drink alcohol on these days to. Weekends are a great time to start the 123 diet! Hands up if you’re loading today
07.01.2022 Hands up who needs some unclogging? Yes I went there! So with less rubbish going in, less rubbish is bound to come out! Staying regular is important to assisting in weight loss. If you are not using your bowels at least once a day, then you are not regular. Water will help, but Movicol will become your best friend! Safe enough to take daily, up to three times a day, Movicol will get you regular. ... You can purchase Movicol at Coles or woolies in sachets form or in liquid form from Chemist Warehouse (my personal fave) You’re welcome
