25.01.2022 A big production of feeders, both adult and bigger child, all ready for delivery!

25.01.2022 The kids requested we make Easter baskets today, they were impressed I had fabric to suit! I know we need masks, but it was a welcome break to make something fun!! Sorry guys, this was all the fabric I had, so I can’t take orders... (I’m going against Kate’s request by even putting it on here! )

25.01.2022 Black and white bags ready to deliver

22.01.2022 There is plenty gone, and here is what is left. Pick up Latrobe or I can post Think Christmas

21.01.2022 My new prize possession! More affordable than the $4,000 machine I’ve got my eye on!

20.01.2022 Apron request #2 - an egg collecting apron for a girl! So cute It’s a shame my beautiful model doesn’t want to share her smile

20.01.2022 You can never have too many clips... I’ve seen photos of this many on things and thought it was excessive... I was wrong!

19.01.2022 Beanies! All Bendigo Wool. Photo 1 are all ponytail beanies with an elastic top hole for hair to come through. All $15. Photo 2 are different sizes, all closed at the top. Adult size $15, smaller $12

19.01.2022 This weekend’s project is designing an art bag for my daughter’s birthday, without her realising what I’m doing! So this is my knitting/crochet bag! I love it, even though it’s totally the wrong size and shape for what I wanted Pockets all the way around the outside, pencil/ruler/knitting needles/crochet hook section on both sides, 2 divided pockets on each side inside. Longer over shoulder straps, and a matching zippy bag! Just in time for a last minute Easter gift if anyone needs it

19.01.2022 Another friend, another request! A nurse caddy - to hold all the essentials, just slip a belt through the top

18.01.2022 I love a challenge! A friend asked if I could make her a peg bag apron, I love the result!!

17.01.2022 In preparation for the market I ordered some heads... on Sunday! And they are already here, creeping out my family

17.01.2022 Ah zippy bags... great for anything!!

15.01.2022 A big week... Lots of mask research in between my three not-so-little people home with me all week! Now 2 designs! Big Saturday night in! Which is no different for us. In all seriousness, it is a scary world out there right now, stay home, enjoy the peace and those you live with. Masks are $5 each, and I can arrange postage. These will likely not stop the virus, please do your own research! But if they stop you touching your own face while you are out, then that alone is a good thing. The first picture has an opening through the centre, to allow you to make your own ‘filter’ (tissues, paper towel, chux?) and a piece of wire to shape to the bridge of your nose. They will have elastic, tomorrow The second picture has 2 thick pieces of close weave fabric and shapes to your face.

13.01.2022 I thought I’d better finish these before I start the next project... both nice sized bags, with longer straps for over shoulder carrying and magnetic clasps for closing. Different filling used, making them very different in stability! Both turned out great, and available for purchase The pink bag has pockets all the way around the outside. $60. Green and orange $50.

13.01.2022 BLANKETS! Crocheted in Latrobe Tasmania Description below each photo. I feel warmer just looking at the huge pile!

12.01.2022 Today is the last day, if you are looking for something to do, come to Latrobe for a look

10.01.2022 How I love my Bendigo Bloom... all this and only 1 join to sew in! And it comes in so many colours Check it out at The Yarn Inn with SelBy Briant

07.01.2022 I have blankets and beanies and ponytail beanies I keep meaning to post... but I can’t keep this to myself!! We tried to buy a WWE ring for our son’s birthday next week... but had to resort to making our own! My very clever father in law worked from a picture to do the woodwork, and I made the mat and apron! It’s hard to show the size, but this is about 20 square, hopefully enough space to hold 50 wrestlers for a royal rumble - a big upgrade from the plastic tub he’s been using

07.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone! I’m no closer to the right size, shape or design... but I love the colours! Lucky I have a stash big enough to pick any colour I want to work with

04.01.2022 Birthday presents for the week made, and I finally made myself a new ironing board cover, as the 20+ year old one looked awful but was disintegrating!!

03.01.2022 I finally gifted our daughter her art bag, which fits her large sketch book, and a pencil case for her art pencils and pens. Persistence pays off, I am very happy with the end result

03.01.2022 The jigsaw puzzle...

01.01.2022 So my Mum outed me I’m pretty happy with this mask. It is 2 layers of duck/drill fabric with a close weave. Do your research, most reports say this won’t stop the virus, 2 reports said any fabric would... however, if you would feel more comfortable with a mask - even if it is to prevent you from touching your own face while you are out - I can make these for $5 each. I’m sure I can post them for a few extra $$. I would recommend washing in your home before wearing, just to stay safe! Choice of fabric will be what I already have, and so far I’ve only made the one because I didn’t want to make a mountain if no one wants them
