I believe there is no other feeling quite like helping young athletes further develop their natural persistence, determination, discipline, dedication, resiliency, work ethic, heart, leadership skills, connectio...n with & respect for others, not only in competition, but in life. Here my little champion Swimmer Ocean Vogler at just 12 years of age is a true rising star Not only does Ocean have the most beautiful heart, her attitude & commitment to her training is phenomenal. We also share a special connection as I too swam competitively as a young athlete for over 6 years which gave me so many great memories & also many valuable life skills. Ocean....this little super fish , has an incredible drive to be the best elite swimmer she can be & by focusing on increasing her strength, power, speed & endurance in the gym, together we are so motivated to harness the huge potential that she already has & take her to the next level & beyond ....... 14.01.2022 JM TASTY TUESDAYS BE ACTIVE EAT HEALTHY BE HAPPY ... HONEY + GARLIC + LIME SALMON FAST and delicious Dinner idea! Ingredients: 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup raw honey 6 fresh cloves garlic, crushed 2 fresh limes, juiced 4 salmon fillets sea salt, pepper, to taste fresh lime slices (to serve) 1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley Instructions: Position rack in the middle of the oven, and preheat to 180C Line a baking sheet with a large piece of foil. In a small saucepan put oil over low heat. Add honey, crushed garlic and lime juice, and whisk until the honey has melted and the mixture is completely combined. Place the salmon fillets in the centre of the foil. Evenly pour the honey-lime sauce over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, and half of the parsley. Fold the sides of the foil up beside the salmon fillets to keep the sauce on the them. Bake until cooked through and flaky (about 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish). Garnish with parsley and serve with fresh lime wedges. PLUS HAVE YOUR SALMON WITH For the Avocado-Mango Salsa Ingredients: 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced 1 tiny diced red capsicum 10 cherry tomatoes, chopped 1/3 cup tiny diced red onion 1 large avocado, peeled and diced 1 small cucumber, diced 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil sea salt and pepper, to taste In a large glass bowl, gently toss together mango, capsicum, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, cucumber, lime juice, olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Let sit for 10-20 minutes for flavors to combine. Enjoy JM

SUPER FOOD SUPER EASY ZUCCHINI SLICE Ingredients- 2 large zucchini grated 1 large carrot grated 1 onion thinly sliced 5 short cut rashers of bacon (all fat removed) 1 cup almond meal 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp mixed spice 5 eggs pepper to taste. Directions- Add zucchini, carrot, almond meal, spices and pepper to large bowl. Saute onions and bacon then add to mix. Whisk eggs, add them to mix and stir until all combined. Cook for 30-40 mins in a 180 degree oven until golden and set. Enjoy JM
