01.01.2022 Just a quick note to let you all know I am now on the mend after a week in bed with the flu and two weeks of lingering coughing. I haven't been able to see anyone in this time and hoping to be back on board next week. Second time in my life I've had the flu and always rested to allow my immune system to recover. I took herbs and have been drinking herbal teas and lots of water. Sorry I've had to cancel all my appointments and not been able to take any bookings, but at times like this I need to nurture me first <3
