04.01.2022 Recently, we planted some sunflower seed in our garden. The children helped nurture the sunflowers to grow healthily, which they certainly did. Week by week, the children measured their hands against the sunflowers leaves and their own height against the height of the sunflower. On the way to school, we observed which way the sunflower was facing and again when we arrived home to see it facing the sun, much like how we should always focus on the bright side of life. The sunflowers have been clipped and now sit in a vase on our table, a beautiful sight to behold.
02.01.2022 We took advantage of the rainy weather, donned our raincoats and went out in search of muddy puddles.
