25.01.2022 12-week challenge completed! Last week was the final week of our 12-week challenge. We are really proud of everyone that came on online to complete the challenge. We know it hasn’t been easy for anyone with the whole social distancing thing. Thank you for continuing to kick those goals. Good luck to everyone this week with their measurements & fitness assessments! A quick recap of the 12-week challenge:... 12 week’s ago (Feb 4th) we started a 12-week challenge. Cash & prizes: $1750 To be divided between the 3 top winners. 1st prize: $1000 worth of cash & prizes ($500 cash & $500 worth of prizes) 2nd prize: $500 worth of cash & prizes ($250 cash & $250 worth of prizes) 3rd prize: $250 worth of cash & prizes ($125 cash & 125 worth of prizes) Requirements 1/ Body fat percentage 50% 2/ Strengthen & endurance test 25% 3/ Group class attendance 10% 4/ Best transformation & lifestyle change 15% Good luck to everyone this week! We hope you achieved the goals you wanted to achieve. Here’s a snapshot Partner HIIT Training We love partner workouts! Definitely a great way to keep the challengers motivated while having fun at the same time. Each exercise is separated into different stations. The challenger's goal with their partner was to perform the workout for 30 secs (working out hard) rest for 10 secs (this includes moving to the next station). We love the partner workout class because it gives each challenger variety & allows for the challengers to push each other through the workouts. 23.01.2022 Here’s a snapshot of our 12-week challenge 2 months ago, before the social distancing stuff. Boot camp fun class: part 1 This is our fourth week online and week 11 of our 12-week challenge. Not long to go. One week left!... Ball game: warm-up We decided to warm up the challengers' a different way this week. We placed balls in the middle then divided the challengers into four separate groups. Stage 1 - Collect the balls: The aim was for the challengers to grab the balls from the middle and return the balls to their stations. Stage 2 Steal the balls: once the balls were gone from the middle, challengers were then allowed to steal the balls from other challengers’ stations. Stage 3 Winning team decides the punishment for the losing teams: 20 burpees! Love this warm-up! We laughed so hard, we had tears running down our faces. Loved the motivation, competitiveness, fun & laughter from all the challengers. Great job everyone! Looking forward to the next time. We wanted to share some pics from our Hiit training class we previously ran every Tuesday night at 8:15pm (currently online). ... It's a great way to burn heaps of calories in 45 minutes.
