17.01.2022 It’s been a blast and a wonderful experience. JK here from @spooningaust - today is my last day as social media manager for JANG TA BAL. I had to have my last post as my favourite dish from JTB, the spicy cheesie ribs. One of my all time favourite foods in Sydney!! Cannot rave enough about this place!!! The premium Wagyu and Korean BBQ is on a whole other level!! Get off your butts and visit this amazing place. Wishing everyone at JTB all the best for the future. JK Out.

13.01.2022 Have vegan or vegetarian friends but afraid to invite them to Korean BBQ? We offer a few options for vegetarian friends as long as they are comfortable also seeing a lot of Wagyu being cooked. Our most popular veggie option is the Mixed Mushrooms - perfect on the BBQ with or without meat. They are delicious.
12.01.2022 Regramming this amazing pic from Every Crumb - thanks for visiting JTB Christian. YUK HWAE Seasoned beef egg yolk cucumber radish ... What's everyones thoughts on raw meat? I'm all for it, with the caveat that I don't want to be able to taste that it's not cooked I've had it in a few forms now, and this is up there with my favourite preparations. This one is seasoned basically perfectly. Strong sesame flavour, very clean, and fantastic texture The yolk adds a little creaminess, while the vegetables bring some crunch. All the BBQ meat was amazing, but I still found myself going back to this one again and again throughout the evening! See more
