22.01.2022 I was messaged a great question over the weekend, so I thought I’d share in a post in case you are wondering this too Can you please recommend or suggest a good retreat venue or somewhere that I can go to get away from it all and find myself over the holiday? My answer was quite simply anywhere & everywhere.... The destination is inside so the environment is really of no consequence. Your problems will travel with you wherever you go, but sometimes a new environment only serves as a distraction from them. And your problems will simply reappear. Finding yourself and being totally comfortable with who you are requires a deep inner journey. A journey of facing reality, fears and emotions it’s a journey of acceptance. One of really dealing with what’s stopping you in life, to the extent that you are totally comfortable with who you are. You finally accept and love yourself. You can do this wherever you are.
