21.01.2022 Hope you guys are doing well I have been doing mindfulness walks most days for the last 2 years to help me through some tough times I have been enjoying them so much and taking photos I have embarked on an iPhone photography course . These walks have made me look at everyday things that we are too busy to really notice So breath and really look at things around you you will be amazed at how beautiful things are Stay safe and well everyone
