10.01.2022 A lot of my clients have worries about their appearance, or what others will think of them, or being perceived as perfect / happy / stable... and don’t we all have these worries at some point?? It’s amazing though, when we prioritise the deeper, soul nourishing aspects of ourself and our lives, the true contentment and satisfaction we can unlock...
