18.01.2022 Have you ever sensed that something is about to happen ~ something is just around the corner ~ and then gone one step further and subtly changed your behaviour, only to be proven right?

17.01.2022 For every emotion you experience the opposite emotion is repressed, because believe it or not, we are not here for happiness, which is a mask, we are not here f...or sadness, which is a mask, we are here for gratitude and love, which is the truth. When you have gratitude and love, you also become certain and present, and experience the four greatest healers on the planet; I call them the four cardinal pillars of healing. See more

16.01.2022 When you speak congruently and with a balanced perspective, both your mind and heart come into action. Your mind, though intellectual, without an accompanying h...eart, leaves something missing in its message. But when you intelligently speak gratefully through your heart, your words flow smoothly and you communicate what inspires you from deep within your heart to others and impact them as well as harmonize your own life. When your head and your heart are not in sync, not only does your body feel stressed and unhealthy, but your life reflects such lack of ease. The secret is living congruently, where your actions, thoughts and feelings work together and create a sense of effortlessness. The key is to speak and live intelligently from your heart. See more

16.01.2022 The moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now. Goethe

13.01.2022 Have you ever been in a situation which seems to have no rational or logical answer? I'm talking about the situations which initially appear promising, in flow, easy, meant to be' whether it is a business, job, relationship or family situation ... and then they seemingly inexplicably fall apart. Almost jinxed. Often the person or people on the other side of it can't offer any answer either. It is like suddenly energetically you zig and they zag. At the point we realise t...hat everything that glimmered wasn't necessarily gold, the questions we ask ourselves are what else could I have done? why wasn't this meant to be? and eventually, what is it I am supposed to learn from this? And how can I not make the same mistake next time... if only I had... or if only they had... the outcome would have been different. Although difficult situations are sent to test us and hopefully contribute to our personal growth, sometimes they simply are messages from the universe that we were heading in the wrong direction. If we look back we will see signs that that situation really didn't sit well with us, it went against our values, or required too much from us, or too much compromise in other areas of our lives. The question we should be asking is not why wasn't this meant to be but why was this meant to be. The things which have the least answers are part of our biggest challenges and journey in life. The trick is to sustain living in the mystery instead of the know and know that a NO is the universe's way of saying a much better YES is on it's way. As Marilyn Monroe once said Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together <3

06.01.2022 There is a legend about a bird which sings just once in its life, more sweetly than any other creature on the face of the earth. From the moment it leaves the nest it searches for a thorn tree, and does not rest until it has found one. Then, singing among the savage branches, it impales itself upon the longest, sharpest spine. And, dying, it rises above its own agony to outcarol the lark and the nightingale. One superlative song, existence the price. But the whole world stills to listen, and God in His heaven smiles. For the best is only bought at the cost of great pain Or so says the legend. Colleen McCullough The Thornbirds

02.01.2022 Khalil Gibran was one of my teachers when I was a teenager. through the reading his works. This is a deep teaching about both sides of life. What do you thin...k of it..? "When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy. When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight." ~Khalil Gibran
