21.01.2022 A Hop on Hop Off bus ride around the island. Stopped at the Rotty lighthouse, Little Salmon Bay and then Salmon Bay for swims. It was a very hot and sunny day. The water was cool and so refreshing. A very interesting place. We also saw the NZ Fur Seal colony. They were having so much fun.

05.01.2022 A walk down to Sunshine Beach was really nice this afternoon. Saw bluebottles, a blue button and large jellyfish
05.01.2022 Our last day here. What a shame. It's a perfect place to exercise and relax and hear all about the Island's history. It was a penal colony from 1838 then used by the Forces during WW1. It also had a Reformatory.
