21.01.2022 Public apology - I've not worked in earnest in over 6 months and I've not been much up to talking about it. I too hope it's not forever. I have at least recently cleaned out my studio. Which is grand. I still don't have a new skin supplier or enough energy while I sail a bumpy course through 'reverse adolescence' and work a proper day job again, albeit part time. I am also having problems with my hands, so I need to ask for even more space and time. Life as a full time mocca...sin maker is looking unlikely now while I await my full ability to return. Production will eventually take on a different shape I suspect. I may just work for local and favourite customers. So at least it's fun. Meantime, I'm thinking of having a selling event at my house, of all the moccasins I no longer take to market. They are all perfectly wonderful and a growing rarity. The Cinderellas that fit those shoes might be among the last to be able to get my work in the beautiful vegetable tanned deer skins that are now so hard to source. Thank you for loving my work. A bit more time is all I need.

15.01.2022 So yes I've started sorting - there will be a party plan style event very soon of the last remaining shoes and boots I have in stock because another current life distraction is we have to move, shock horror! So how about a drop-in hang-out kind of thing? Drink tea, eat soup, and try on lots of moccasins until they find their Cinderella/fella and we all get to have a bit of a giggle and you can lay your hands on a rare pair of my mocc's and I can pay my bills. Like a Tupperwa...re Party only different? I'll start posting photo's soon. Any ideas on this idea welcome.

08.01.2022 Yes I'm home at long last - and yet I am more lost than ever - Experienced a bit of a wild landing. I need to ask if you can all be patient with me. Life is a train crash for my soul (and soles) at the moment. Deepest Apologies that I am not able to deal with many emails or work just yet. Other things need sorting first. Slowly, slowly - a path will emerge............ oh yes it will.......
