With a previous background as an office Co-Ordinator, personal assistant, or similar type of role, you are the type of person who is known for your ability to just roll up your sleeves and turn your hand to whatever proactively comes across your desk. This role is a mixture of supporting the overa...ll smooth running of the office including everything from setting up for meetings, answering the phone, typing, data entry, coordinating events, functions, and generally looking after all of the little things that need to be done. With accurate typing, strong attention to detail, you are happy to put together your own correspondence but equally happy to do data entry type work. We are looking for someone proactive to take ownership of this role; someone who will take pride in our company. This role is on a contract basis ($30 to $35/hr), working 15 hours per week over 3 days. Hours can be flexible but will be agreed upfront.
