25.01.2022 Already another Sunday cooking class. Recently, time flies so fast!! Today we made Seafood Gratin, Salmon marinated onion salad & Avocado dip. ... I must be talking too much, forgot taking photo of class today. I taught my attender very easy tip to make cream sauce for Gratin For dessert, Eclair with custard cream was awsome. I was not good at decorating chocolate though....



23.01.2022 -Ramen & Gyoza Cooking Class- We had lovely students for Ramen & Gyoza Cooking Class last Sunday. They learned a couple of new tip how to cook Gyoza crispy and juicy. Also home style ramen with lots of vege on the top!... It was easy recipe but taste was like the one in the restaurant! We enjoyed cooking together! Thank you for coming to my class. See you again! 22.01.2022 Another fun day in cooking class yesterday. Look at these high school students. They made their own lunch! Hamburger steak is definitely No.1 pick for kids ... As I mother myself, it is fantastic to see young people learning something new!



22.01.2022 ! Making Swiss roll cake & Anmitsu was succeeded by mum & son team ! Good work It was their second time of attending my class. Thank you so much. ... Combination of cream & strawberry in soft sponge melt in your mouth ~ And we made matcha jelly () & mochi () to dress Anmitsu special. It was a lovely Sunday afternoon tea.

20.01.2022 -"Temaki sushi" & "Tofu & Seaweed Miso soup" Cooking Class - Last week, we made Temaki sushi and Miso soup in our class. My guests love healthy foods. Sushi is definitely for their favourate dish!... "Temaki" means hand roll. You can choose own ingredients to make your sushi roll as you eat on the table. It is great idea for home party. You can prepare anything you like: sashimi, teriyaki chicken, yakiniku beef and lots of vegetables. Also you cant miss "Sweet Tamago Yaki" (Japanese omlette). Dish can be made for vegetarian or non vegetarian. We often have "Temaki Party" for childrens birthday party as well. They love choosing what they want to eat and enjoy making small hand roll sushi! At the class, we also made basic miso soup with Tofu & Seaweed Miso soup. My guests loved the deep flavour of Dashi and Miso. I loved teaching simple and healthy recipe. 18.01.2022 School holiday - Kids cooking class!! Yesterday, I had a wonderful time teaching chocolate cake & sausage roll to 11yr old children. They are very keen to learn baking cakes and pastry. The best part was decorating cakes. I told them to decorate whatever they like. Look, how creative they are!! ... So amazing! We laugh throughout the class and of course the taste was so good! Big thank to mum who became assistant for me



18.01.2022 Where can you eat Japanese Okonomiyaki & Yakisoba in Sydney ??? Here is the right place for you ! We have regular cooking class for Okonomiyaki & Yakisoba. This is real Japanese street food!... My student was amazed and said its the same taste that I tried it in Osaka! Yes! And not only you can taste, now you can make it at home after attending my class. Thanks to food industry in Sydney. We can get all ingredients and seasonings for Japanese cooking. Here my students made on last Sunday the 4th March 2018. Huuuun I can smell of Okonomiyaki sauce. The taste was fantastic! One of my student had a birthday on the day. So I made cheese cake & panna cotta for surprise. Thank you for coming to my class. 14.01.2022 Chirashi Sushi & Chawan mushi Class Chirashi Sushi is one of the prettiest Japanese food. Combinations of colour of egg, sashimi and vege is so bright and colourful. We make Chirashi Sushi for special occasion like Hinamatsuri on 3rd of March. It is a girls celebration day in Japan. People pray for the happiness and healthy growth of girls. ... Here we had a Chirashi Sushi & Chawan mushi class in March. My lovely guest was visiting from Germany. She loves cooking and Japanese culture. This time she tried making real Chirashi & Chawan mushi! Chawan mushi is a savoury custard. Smooth and silky texture with beautiful Dashi flavour!

14.01.2022 Hello! Today, surprisingly I had high school students (year 7 & 8 )for my cooking class! Because todays menu was Grilled salmon & Ton jiru ( miso soup with pork & vege) which normally older people ( yes! Its me) prefer this kind of dish. ... These girls have been cooking at home and love healthy foods. Very impressive!! It is nice to see teens got interested in cooking. We enjoyed making lunch together! By Takako

07.01.2022 Last Sunday, I had a Oden class and most of the participants never tried this food. But everyone really liked the taste! Cooking and having hot pot made us very warm in this cold weather.... We had a little birthday celebration with a cake I made for her!

06.01.2022 & Juicy Chicken nanban & Omu rice was made by Uni students this afternoon!! I soaked chicken in salted water over night. It turns out sooo juicy!! ... Combination of tartar sauce and nanban sauce make it more delicious. It was a bit challenge of making Omu rice in right shape. But it smiled!
