They should improve ypur property in looks and provide shade . Lots of guys call themselves arborists but dont have a clue about your trees health some could tell you the common names of the trees .... So i doubt with a cert 3 which was basically handed to the hacks . Theres a reason they didbt go on to cert 4 and 5 ss is theres reason govt and councils wont allow anyone under cert 5 to do thier works . Simply ask the names of the trees or ask them to chop tops out ic they say yes or dont know the names do nkt hife them simple .
