23.01.2022 After teaching in the area for approximately 2 years, Nicole Tough had her first clinic here at Jardin Parc in March 2014. Over the years many riders have benefited from her knowledge and passion for the sport of dressage. As a rider and judge Nicole knows what it takes to be the best that you can be and gave her students the tools to do that. From the first rider in the morning to last in the evening NIcole gave 110% to all. We wish Nicole all the very best for the future. You will be sadly missed.

22.01.2022 Yesterday we welcomed Cynthia Bossema here for a day of teaching. Ten riders worked hard on improving their basics and the horses showed the results with better reaction and a softer connection. Looking forward to Cynthia returning in the future.

17.01.2022 Can't thank and recommend Joe at Gregory's Bag and Shoe Repairs in Essendon enough. I posted my boots, was called when they arrived and we discussed how to repair them. Called again when finished with final cost including postage. Love my boots and now I'll have them for another 5 years!!

16.01.2022 The Victorian Serata Dressage Festival was our last competition for the year. It wasn't our finest effort, with too many costly mistakes but as usual Edward was impeccably behaved and we finished up mid field in a large class. Our highlight was receiving a Bronze Medal for elementary. Thank you to Dressage Victoria and EV for presenting these awards. Congratulations to Justine Greer on your wonderful results with all your horses/ponies. Thank you for your invaluable help and support at the comp and throughout the year. New lessons learnt, taken onboard, now start training for our next level and challenges. Medium here we come! GRP

14.01.2022 Friday and Saturday was the HiForm Boneo Park August Dressage competition. Having used several of their products over the years I was delighted, with my two second placings in the elementary, to receive some product as a prize. Saturday Casino De Luxe was a good boy and won both the 3B and 3C. Thanks to Boneo Park for the gift vouchers, much appreciated. Thanks also to Justine Greer for her well chosen and timely words in the warmup. Anyone thinking of travelling down to Boneo I can highly recommend their restaurant Arilla. The company, food and wine was great. GRP's rule

13.01.2022 Yesterday was a day of firsts for Casino De Luxe and myself. First comp for the year First Elementary tests First riding in the rain... Really proud of my boy, he handled the wind and rain well, considering he's an indoor boy. Thanks Justine Greer for the timely words of advice and encouragement in the warm up. Thanks John for holding the fort.

12.01.2022 Many thanks to Carlton Performance Horses for putting on a well run competition at Boneo. Casino De Luxe gave me a great ride in the Lonsdale Street Auto Electrics Elementary class. Achieving some personal best scores for movements we've been training, I'm thrilled with my 69% 3B and 68.9% 3C taking out 3rd place in both tests.

12.01.2022 Friday saw Casino De Luxe and I compete at the Boneo Christmas competition. So happy with our improvement to score 68% in 3B and 70% in 3C. Now looking forward to the state championship in a few weeks time. Living the dream GRP

10.01.2022 Today Casino De Luxe and I rode for the MRDC team in the 3C at Werribee Park. We finally cracked 70% and placed 2nd. I couldn't be happier with our progress. Thanks to the VDC for running the competition, MRDC for putting together a great team who all shone and it was great to catch up with other members.

09.01.2022 Casino De Luxe will be available for breeding this year with the option of Frozen Semen as well as Chilled. We have held prices over from previous years of $1200 plus collection and transport. LFG. Whilst not competing this year Casino De Luxe and I were awarded the Victorian AOR Elementary Champion of the Year, plus being accepted on the EV Dressage Development Squad. Casino De Luxe's excellent temperament, rhythm, correct paces and natural suppleness are passed on to his progeny, making the perfect performance pony/horse with bling. 09.01.2022 Today was the WPVDC Winter Series No 2 competition. Thank you Jan Donald and committee, volunteers and judges for running a great day. Through the fog and sloppy conditions Casino De Luxe danced around the arenas doing everything I asked of him, taking out both the Elementary tests to be named the series champion. Casino De Luxe is growing in confidence each outing and shows his quality and temperament. Couldn't be happier with my boy. 08.01.2022 Casino De Luxe's first Australian foal, Jardin Parc Chance, now 3 yo being ridden by his owner for the first time. Erin's smile says it all. We wish Erin and Chance lots of good times and success together.
