10.01.2022 Wilson Courtyard House This amazing ‘U’ shaped design is situated on a large rural property surrounded by grassy slopes and native vegetation. The larger property has given the space to for the dwelling to spread its ‘wings’ and sprawl out on the hillside. The ‘U’ shaped design draws natural light and breezes into the house, and maximises the North East Aspect. By locating the pool to the central courtyard, views are maximised and water is ever present as you move througho...ut the home. The design has been broken into ‘wings’, with a master or parents wing, living wing and a central kids zone with rumpus and secondary bedrooms. We cannot wait for this one to get underway in the coming months
