17.01.2022 to mix up your cardio throw in some intervals . start at 15 sec work 60 sec rest and work your way to more work time than rest e.g. 30sec work and 20 sec rest. P.S. when I say work i mean flat out as fast as you can go at what ever your doing,skipping, bike, treadmill , boxing the list is endless mix it up. great way to turbo charge fat loss to. :-)
