19.01.2022 Been awhile between posts. In the interim I had to take a 6 week break from training, due to nagging problems I ignored until they were persistent injuries. I was at the stage where I could only do some back exercises. My knee would hurt even under body weight load, my shoulder would hurt anytime I raised it higher than 90 degrees and my back hurt anytime it was loaded. In that 6 weeks I’d gotten lazy with my meals and being a ectomorph my body just dropped size. Bonus ...is I’ve dropped to 11% body fat. But now I’m hitting failure with weight I was previously warming up with and hearing the dreaded compliment you’ve lost weight. So now it starts again. The struggle to get stricter and breakout of the bad habits I’ve built over the 6 weeks. Quick shoutout to the team at @northernspinal for helping me fix my shit.
