17.01.2022 While in Lisbon I visited the LX factory, a former warehouse site, home to some of the 19th century textile and ceramic factories. This precinct has been transformed into a hub of quirky bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as alternative retail spaces and creative design studios. Our experience keeps on evolving as we walk through the space, exploring and discovering the richness of creative ideas embedded within. Rio Maravilha, a rooftop bar situated on one of the many d...ilapidated buildings, features an oversized female statue inspired by the iconic Brazilian statue ‘Christ the Redeemer’ in the large, relaxing terrace space. 02.01.2022 Gladesville Bowling Club extended its facilities along the years with more focus on the space/sqm required than to the building’s aesthetics and physical street presence. Our Concept for the facade upgrade consists in celebrating the existing building’s architectural features such as its raised position from the street level and the beautiful sandstone cladding, incorporating them into an organised design responding to the club’s needs in an architectural hierarchy design ap...proach. Our Concept for the Interior design includes a new floor plan where the various facilities such as Gaming room, Sports Bar, Function room, etc will be relocated and new finishes selected.
