20.01.2022 One of our completed mould treatments for our clients wardrobe ceiling. The client had a slipped tile in the valley which we secured and made watertight prior to the treatment. 20.01.2022 When people ask what sets us apart this job is a great example. We recently completed custom French doors with mortise lock and flush mount bolt lock replacement. With a minor patch and paint as well as microbial treatment. We set up a containment to prevent cross contamination and installed a negative pressure heppa filter to clean the air while treating the microbial growth and replacing affected materials. 06.01.2022 One of our structural drying jobs we attended last Friday afternoon after hours for a property manager, the tenants flexi hose burst in the bathroom. We organised for our plumber to attend and replace the damaged flexi hose and carried out structural drying to the property. We also carried out an assessment report for the property manager and scoped the content and building damage so the landlord could lodge a claim for the damages.
