I woke this morning I didn’t have it, but what I did have was a message from friend Chris Bishop PhD - Adelaide Podiatrist and Researcher about his new paper. Post-it summary: custom made orthoses appear to be effective in treating first step in individuals with plantar fasciopathy over a period of 3/12. My favourite bit: table 2. Research can often leave us guessing as to what custom made meant, whereas here we have complete transparency about what it actually meant on an individual basis. Brilliant step in right direction.
