17.01.2022 Another renovation was commenced last week and well underway! Demolition to the old structure due to some serious water damage, new sub floor and new wall frames up and ready for roofing iron and plaster all within a weeks work, stay tuned as we transform this run down weather board cottage and turn it into one of the best on the street!

16.01.2022 Another bathroom renovation making some good headway! Old bathroom gutted, new stumps, bearers and joists to compensate for the weight of new spa bath being installed, removed existing swinging door and installed a cavity slider so the whole room is a usable space and even added a built in linen cupboard. 10.01.2022 One of our latest builds complete! Check out this awesome addition to this clients back yard! This mini bungalow we built was matched with the theme of the clients fully renovated 1920s style Californian Bungalow house in and out. Fully constructed start to finish with all the bells and whistles so it really did mimic the rest of the house. Check out those pressed metal walls and ceiling! All done and ready to hand over to the painter. More photos to come once the painters work their magic

05.01.2022 A bathroom renovation we started last week, this one goes to show you never know what's lurking in your walls! Upon the removal of the old plaster we discovered that these walls had once had a nasty termite infestation. Luckily they had been and gone so we could get straight to work rectifying the issue by removing all of the affected untreated timber and replacing it with all new termite treated wall frames.
