17.01.2022 Get outside and enjoy the views Exercising can be done in many different ways, you don’t always have to be in a gym. Get outside and enjoy the view of a nice morning sunrise or an evening sunset while getting some fresh air. Not only will this help improve your fitness levels, it will also help with your mental clarity which I’m sure most of us can benefit from.... Sometimes I will do my warm up outdoors instead of indoors and then venture back into the gym to start my resistance training. My challenge to you this weeks is to get outside and enjoy some form of activity. It could be going for a walk, a jog, playing sports, playing with your animal, as long as you get outside and enjoy the fresh air

Session times: Monday nights 6pm Wednesday nights 6pm 3 week block (as I’ll be away from April 22nd-27th) including 6 sessions for only $45 ($7.50 per session) Can’t make both nights? Half blocks are available for only $10 per session ($30 for the 3 weeks). Exclusive member special for 1:1 pt sessions! book 1 session per week get 10% off. book 2 sessions per week get 20% off.
