21.01.2022 Our new creation yesterday and today , has been an amazing success ! A lot of work , and stove standing for 5 hours to master this one . Caramelised fig and onion relish... With a hint of ginger , apple and lemon . Absolutely divine Now for the new label designs x Im not a great chutney / relish fan , but this combination of sweet and savoury it works ! Now to keep the family away from the new pot before its jarred !

Before the labels Before the jars And before the 10 hour days and the labour ! Please understand when ordering , I grow , pick , marinate , seal label all one person . It really is a massive job . Ive a lot enquiries , and people asking why so much ? Its $25 a medium jar this year and 55 dollars for a xlarge jar , the work involved is endless . If you can find someone in W.A. that does what I do . Ill happily match the cost . Truth is its a family recipe . You wont find it ! Its a luxury to eat xx . A lot of hard work. Not my career ! 04.01.2022 It has been a massive process , mastering and patenting my recipe . It has not happened overnight x Im not a chef , Im a musician ! Yet this came to me many years ago in my farm life after a lot of trial and errors , it seems Ive now created a product that no one does world wide . Im very grateful for my new stockists . My 14 hour days are paying off . They say you eat something long enough youll tire of it ... My family and I eat my product daily ! Its the only thing we dont tire of . A lot of sacrifices and family time . Im / we are very grateful for the future opportunities weve been given this week . X
