23.01.2022 How goods this a Sweat sesh in the sunshine Not many people think of moving slow and high tension work as sweat inducing,, but that’s only becausethey don’t do it right. Using hardstyle principles any movement turns into a sweat soaker.... take this getup for example. Sure drew could use momentum to make it EASY, but what’s the point. By deliberately creating tension at the right places he can use his muscular strength at the correct joints to perform this task. Funnily enough he will get better results with less reps and lighter weights as well. 22.01.2022 This mornings group session was great. This was a block of practicing Heavier hinge work (either deadlifts or more advanced balistics) and hardstyle planks or pushups. 21.01.2022 So last week I decide to get out of my comfort zone and join my beautiful girlfriend in a photo shoot. I’m not ashamed to say I had a lot of fun and it gave me a great goal to work towards. And because I had a goal with a distinct deadline I worked my butt off (or on?)... So my question to you is what deadlines are you placing on yourself?
21.01.2022 It’s all well and good to use kettlebells for conditioning work, however they also work amazing for strength work if you have access to bigger ones. Over the last month I have played with mixing carries and bent presses (or getups) on light days. So far so good with both lifts Improving quickly... How do you use loaded carries in your training?

A crisp and breezy complex working the hip hinge pulling and pushing muscles of the upper body and working the core hard both statically and dynamically. 16.01.2022 This lady is the closest I've gotten to meeting a real life superwoman. Mum & Shiftworker yet still never has excuses for skipping a training session. As a consequence she's got some superhero type strength.... Here's a snippet of her strength training yesterday. Neck shoulder and core warmup. Then 3x5 Clean and push press w dbl 20kg Archer pullups Hip openers 3x5 dbl 20kg front squats 3x5 power swings with the 56kg 3x5ea 1arm snatches at 24kg 3x5 dragon flag progression Random playground play with her 3 year old as active recovery between exercises These weights are rough for most guys 10kgs heavier then her. She's that amazing. If you want to learn how to get superhero strong build athletic lean muscle and shred unwanted body fat or just how to train in a different style you are in luck. 14.01.2022 It's been a good first month of training for Sasha She's learnt about tension and relaxation Hardstyle breathing... Hinging v squatting Shoulder Packing Appropriate rest periods which he led to her learning the basics of kettlebells The getup goblet squat and swing. All of which are turning her into a stronger powerful athlete who is more resilient. 14.01.2022 2 months of sensibly hard kettlebell training and sensible eating. Pretty happy with the results. Not only have shedded a heap of fat but, my conditioning, power and strength have skyrocketed.... If these are the results that you are looking for then your in luck. 12.01.2022 Pretty proud of the work this guy has put in over the last 2 years. Today he worked on a heap of carries 100 hardstyle swings Then 4sets of 10... Elevated pushups Trx rows Prisoner split squats I’ve challenged him to complete 5 rds in 15minutes in the future I Hope he shows me up. I’m so proud of @tator1968 because he couldn’t do a single one of these exercises when we started. Since then 20kg weight lost lots of work in to rehab, fingers, wrists, elbows shoulders, neck, back hips and knees as well as bouncing back from a heart attack. 07.01.2022 Today was the first time doing a early morning training session in my home gym: it was tough. The temp was 10’c when I started but who cares I got goals to hit. So to battle this I had a double shot of coffee put on a hoodie and beanie and did a bigger warmup then usual to really get the blood flowing. Then in 30min 10 rds of:... Dbl Cleans and press with 24s Trx inverted rows (Both alternating between sets of 5&6) And dying bugs x10 Then in 10min 5 rds ; 10 heels elevated dbl front squats with 24s Simple and effective.
06.01.2022 Now that summer has arrived I’m going to take every opportunity to get outside and make my pale skin slightly less pale. Hill sprints/crawling & running, combined with kettlebells and a TRX will help me forge a hard, durable athletic body. 04.01.2022 Nothing hugely exciting about today’s training. Simply get in and get volume in on for the bent press 8kgs down from my heavy weight. Some 1arm snatches on the minute, first time working some 28kgs in there for a while.... And that's the point not every day is PR day.
