18.01.2022 Had to take a small break today and needed to reboot my brain, of course me being me, I chose to spend a few minutes in the studio making sure everything was in its place. I sat down once I was done and just felt proud!!!! That is not a normal thing for me, don’t know why , I tend to be my worst enemy and critic. But for a small moment my heart swelled. This has been a long journey, lots of ups and downs, joy and tears, rights and wrongs and definitely many hard lessons learned. At this moment though I am super proud of myself and this beautiful little studio I have worked my bum off to get to this point. I love this, I love capturing moments and I love that it’s my whole heart! This is not a job or career this is my passion! Now to get to editing even if my shoulder hates me right now

13.01.2022 PLEASE READ!!!!!! VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!! So as everyone has probably guessed the studio is up and running again. I chose to close for a period of time due to the uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic. I made this choice to protect not only my clients health and safety but also the health and safety of my family as we have two immune compromised people in our home. I did not want to reopen until we had a clearer picture of what was going on and how Covid-19 would affect A...lice Springs. My decision brought many tears and heartbreak for me but it was the right thing to do. I did not make a post at that time because we were all inundated with the media and I did not want to add to it. I want to thank all the clients who stuck by me and waited for me to reopen. I can’t even express how much that meant to me. I know that it was hard to miss out on those first brand new baby photos and I just want Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sticking it out with me!!!! Now that things are back in full swing I want to ensure everyone that the studio is a safe and healthy place to bring your family. I was a clean obsessed germaphobe before this all happened, you can imagine how I am now Now that the studio is back open there are some new rules we all have to abide by. The most important of them all is the new very strict NO SICK POLICY! all clients will have to reschedule if there is any sickness in their homes 96 hours prior to their booked session. This will also apply for any sickness in my home. This is the only way to keep everyone safe right now as there are still so many unknowns. I know it may make some people unhappy and that is not what is intended. I am also sorry for any inconvenience a reschedule may cause. Please know though that it is for the health and safety of all of us. I have to adhere to the strict guidelines instituted by the NT Government so that means some changes for the studio. Social distancing as much as possible, face masks, hand sanitisers, as well as clients prohibited from touching any props not being used during their sessions. The studio as well as all props, outfits, wraps ect. Will be sanitised with a food safe commercial disinfectant from Shamrock chemicals. This is safe for everyone. It smells a bit like the hospital but it’s safe. I have also limited sessions to a minimum of 48 hours in between each session to allow for the air to circulate and the studio to be properly cleaned. Anyone who has been to the studio already knows how clean and tidy it was, now it’s 100 times more lol. I have also submitted a Covid-19 safety plan and will be very strict to follow that plan. So with that very long winded note! I am back open and ready to capture beautiful Images for my clients once again. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

07.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE. I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday season! I want to say a huge THANK YOU!!! to all of my amazing clients! I photographed 39 newborns, 14 Maternity sessions, 11 Milestone sessions, 13 Cake smashes, one Dance Program cover for our dance studio and numerous other one off sessions. To say I was busy would be an understatement. TOO BUSY! So this year I am making some big changes. I will be cutting down my number of sessions each month and will n...o longer be offering family sessions unless you are a current client. I will only be booking a total of three clients a month starting in March. As much as I would love to photograph every baby in town I have to have a limit. SO IF YOU ARE EXPECTING AND WANT TO MAKE A BOOKING PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO GET IN TOUCH AND DON’T WAIT FOR THE LAST MINUTE AS I CAN NOT GUARANTEE I WILL HAVE A SPOT OPEN. 07.01.2022 ANNNNNNDDDDDD More exciting news!!!!!! My very large amazingly beautiful new backdrops and frames have arrived. So this means in a month or so I can finally offer in studio maternity photoshoots!!!!!!! No more sweating our bums off and shooing flies away during the hot months :) yippie!!!!!!! I will still be doing on location maternity sessions as well but it will be nice to have the option of inside :) here is a phone pic of the new beauty, the phone pic does not do the colour or the size justice. It is the most perfect shade of warm grey!!! 3 metres tall and just gorgeous!!!

04.01.2022 Soooo I have had all this beautiful wool for ages, I have had this idea in my head for a while and have just been too scared to try it, so I am going to push myself and give it a go with a sweet little baby girl tomorrow. Her mum is a good friend so figured it would be a little less stressful lol. SO Nervous!!!!! Fingers crossed the image I have in my head comes through in the final work. ( not a digital backdrop, all real! )

03.01.2022 This little guy was bright eyed and wide awake for most of his shoot. Dad has the most precious loving way of getting him to sleep for a split second in between shots. He was ready to party and not ready to sleep that hair though!!!!!!!! Amazing!!!! Slowly getting back to editing after an injured shoulder the last few weeks. 01.01.2022 Hello everyone! Been busy around here! Full to the brim with beautiful babies and gorgeous mummas, editing, everyday life as a mum and to top it off two weeks of my kids performing for Eistedfodd on and off. As well as a full three days of nonstop Eistedfodd dancing for the dance studio as well as performances for school. Now that life is kind of back to normal I have finally sorted the rest of this years calendar. As of today I am fully booked through the end of November 20...19 and will be taking a much needed break for the full month of December to concentrate on only my family for a bit. All milestone sessions that are not currently booked in yet have been accounted for so don’t worry Honestly I can not believe I am fully booked!!!! I will open my bookings again for January. If you are expecting in the beginning of the new year just message me, if possible please do it at least two months ahead of your due date. I book up quickly so I can not guarantee a booking if you contact me weeks before Bub is to arrive. Now to go do a bit of laundry!!! Have a Busy editing weekend ahead!
