Please know that we are doing everything possible to protect the safety of our customers and staff. Ordinarily our levels of hygiene are very good, we keep our shop clean and wash linen after every use. Now we are being extra vigilant with our hygiene.... Here are some of the measures we are taking to protect our customers and staff. After every massage the beds are stripped of linen and clean linen is applied. Our linen is washed in hot water and completely dried. We cover the face pillows with disposable face paper that is replaced after every massage. Our staff thoroughly wash their hands with soap and warm water after every massage. We deep clean every bed and room daily by applying disinfectant. We have provided our staff with face masks where possible (although it is hard to source new stock at the moment). WHAT WE ASK FROM OUR CUSTOMERS: Please don’t visit our shop if you’re feeling unwell. Please reconsider visiting our shop if you have returned from overseas travel in the last 14 days. We appreciate your support and want our customers new and old to continue to visit our shop. Our staff and their families rely on the local community’s support.
