As I was turning 26, I had my quarter life crisis telling myself did I want to spend another birthday doing something ordinary and do I expect to spend the next 25 years of my life being ordinary I was on the phone with a friend saying what should I do to shake things up, and the idea hit me out of the blue to do SKYDIVING! I decided to go through with it, not because I expected it to be the funnest thing I’ve ever done in my life but I knew it was a mental challenge that proved to myself, I could conquer my fears! With the support of a FRIEND who is willing to jump out of a MOVING PLANE at 14,000 ft, professionals who give high fives before launching JUST INCASE THEY NEVER SPEAK AGAIN and following instructions of those who went before me I learned that FEAR is most intense in the SUSPENSE and UNCERTAINTY of your mind but EUPHORIA is most present when you finally TAKE ACTION

13.01.2022 They’re lying to you if they say opportunity is all you need to be change your life around! It’s not opportunity that makes the fireman leap into a burning building or the soldier go to war It’s the character on the inside that causes us to take action ... Who I was when I started my coaching journey was quite the naive idealist and people pleaser who wanted to be a part in growing the gifts in others that made them great I had a whole list of goals I wanted to accomplish and set my focus on those set things But it wasn’t until the moments when life told me who I was wouldn’t cut it that I learned WHO I AM is more important than what I’m trying TO DO. Therefore who I am needed to change! 5 years later, who I am is positively skeptical, savagely prioritises self-care and shrewdly strategic but still a humble idealist of the greatness within others Doors of opportunity will open everyday but who we are is what will keep them open

12.01.2022 It’s amazing to see impact you have with people you hadn’t known even a month ago! I began coaching a young woman who was a promising speaker and soon-to be author As our sessions began she opened up about her fears of whether she’s was good enough and whether the novel she was working on would have any impact... Within the span of one session her whole view on work shifted. She began to focus less on quantity and more on quality She got clear on what it takes to make real impact in her writing and now she’s in the middle of completing her book tour with the novel soon to be released When we’re able to reach that place of courage and vulnerability, we can let go of the fear we hold onto on one side and find on the otherside EVERYTHING WE’RE MEANT TO BE Stage 1 of BLUEPRINT TO PURPOSE- when we KNOW OUR MISSION, we can skip the fog of confusion and get straight to the business of impact
