20.01.2022 Today’s Townsville Bulletin says it all after our 10-year plan for the Bruce in North & Far North Queensland was revealed in Mackay yesterday alongside Jason Borg - NQ First Candidate for Mirani.
20.01.2022 Interesting day journeying through the Central Coast and Central West regions of the electorate today. Thanks to Isaac Regional Council for the designated electoral signage areas in Carmila and St Lawrence. Stopped by the 1956 Olympic Torch Relay commerative sight at Croydon and found a rare public phone booth in Clarke Creek.... Ventured down May Downs Road to the boundary of the electorate at Issac River. More to come on that
18.01.2022 |#ThankYou A massive to all my volunteers who have braved the hot sun to help me over the last 2 weeks of prepolling. Also a big thanks to Ange for all that you do. We are a small group of people for now, who believe in me, what I stand for and better things ahead for the people of CQ, NQ and FNQ. This instead of the crumbs we currently get from the SE corner.... I can’t thank you all enough and we only have one more day of spreading the word. No matter who wins, I hope the constituents of Mirani are represented and not the party leaders from Brisbane. I’ll be the first person to support, whoever it is, to help the electorate. With the added presence of the female games, they are in need of their own rooms at the venue, the home of the MDRL 2020 Men’s A and reserve grade Premiers. ... With this club having one of if not the largest membership base in the electorate, along with the affiliation with Country United Soccer and PV Cricket, to provide support is a no brainer It can only happen if I’m elected as the Member for Mirani and NQ First secures the balance of power on October 31
