01.01.2022 http:// RUMOURS - BUYING BACK HOUSES // Loanna and I would like to dispel the continuing rumour that we have had to buy back houses over the years. We truly thoug...ht that given this was simply a lie and there is actually not a client out there whom we have ever had to buy a house from that it would naturally stop circulating. Unfortunately, it has not and we believe now it is time to try and set the record straight. In 2007 one of our clients who had borrowed from GE money had their loan cancelled. Sadly, for them, they were unable to obtain a replacement loan from anywhere else and were left with a home that was 50% complete. After they had exhausted ALL of their options, Loanna and I made the decision to help them out of a very difficult situation and to purchase the uncompleted home from them. We finished the home and then sold it. Obviously, it is upsetting to us that the real truth was misrepresented and a story was fabricated and spread around the construction industry and the Tamworth region now for 12 years. This is the only house we have ever bought off a client and for very different reasons than the rumour insinuates. We would really appreciate it if you could help us out by sharing this information in hope that it lays this issue to rest, for the sake of our family, our staff, our subcontractors, businesses we may partner with and of course, our wonderful clients.
