17.01.2022 My Body Transformation Journey so far 6 Months ago... I made the decision that I wanted to be healthy again, have the energy back I once had & to fit the clot...hes I once did. To feel comfortable in my own skin & to truly live life to the full all over again! I’ve almost shed my goal weight loss I set for myself. I still have work to do. But I’ve really enjoyed the journey so far & I intend to keep going all the way! I’m loving weights training & how I’m getting stronger than ever before & I enjoy pushing myself more & more along the way as I keep going up n up n up in weight. Wanted to share my journey so far with you all... this is only the beginning... I have so much more to achieve... Shout out to my husband Brad Pocock for supporting me throughout this journey he has encouraged me all the way (even in those moments when u consider quitting) & we both are ever so greatful to our Personal Trainer Jason Bencich for all his knowledge, guidance & support along the way because without him I wouldn’t be where I am now today! Jason is amazing! So greatful of where I am in this journey so far & so excited about what’s to follow from here
16.01.2022 When your consistent, results will come! @sabrinamclaughlinnn started training with me early last year. We have only been doing weights, with no cardio and she has dropped 9.3kg and 15cm around her waist since she started ( 3.4kg since the gym closed due to Covid-19) which is a fantastic effort! It just shows that cardio, although can help with weightloss, it is not essential. It's all about nutrition ( calorie deficit, ) Also with weight training putting lean muscle on the body will help to speed up your metabolism, as muscle on the body is more metabolically active than fat which means that muscle burns more calories than fat while you are at rest. @ Goodlife Health Club Maroochydore

14.01.2022 Half Kneeling ViPR Woodchop! Training rotational exercises in the gym can improve safety and strength in daily movements and is critical for transference to torso stability, gait, jumping, running, climbing stairs, getting into your car, throwing a ball, picking up a child, and so on for every functional movement situation. Therefore you should incorporate rotational based exercises into your weekly program. The Half Kneeling ViPR Woodchop is a great variation of a rotational... exercise that I like to give my clients. Give it a go next time. Aim for 3 sets of 10 on each side. 11.01.2022 Loving the strong wind days to get a kite in between clients. If you haven't tried kiteboarding l'd suggest you give it a go. Great all round workout, especially the core.
