17.01.2022 There is just over a week left to take advantage of Bank SA's $4,000 refinance cashback offer. With a variable interest rate as low as 2.74% with no ongoing fees on their basic product, this is a great deal. If you think you might be interested, get in touch ASAP to see if we can help you. ... In these uncertain times, don't wait until things turn ugly, get on top of your own situation now. Refinancing may not be possible for many people in the near future.

14.01.2022 Regardless of how you feel about Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the precautions being put into place, you need to think seriously about how this could affect you. Can you afford to live with a reduced or no income for 6 months, if it came to that? For instance, some people may benefit from refinancing now - through lowering their repayment commitment, potentially receiving one of the cashback incentives and putting that aside for emergencies or even borrowing some extra funds to... have readily available if required. Everyone's situation is unique but now is the time to consider yours. We're past the point of scaremongering, this is going to have a big affect on our lives. Don't leave it too late, don't get caught unprepared. Feel free to reach out to myself or Tish Naughton with any questions you have, whether that's looking at your current mortgage or anything else to do with finances, lending or savings. I've also attached an article from Mozo I found quite useful. Have a read if you have the time.

06.01.2022 The Reserve Bank has again dropped interest rates by 0.25% in an attempt to help out ordinary Australians in unprecedented times. And the first bank to respond was one of the 'Big 4' who announced the will NOT pass this on to customers. Not one cent. No reduction in their interest rates. Great for their profit margins, not good for you. How much money are you wasting in interest by being loyal to lenders who care more about profits than people?... Now is not the time to be loyal. Now is the time to look at your situation and act accordingly, choose the lender and product that put you in the best financial position to ride out this pandemic and it's associated impacts. Don't wait, get in now - we've had a lot of enquiries already but we've still got capacity to help you out. Best of all - we can do it all via electronic means, no need for face-to-face contact. Act now people. Don't leave it until it's too late.

01.01.2022 You’ve probably heard enough about Coronavirus by now, but the potential ramifications for our day to day lives are significant. Wages could be threatened. The property market will be impacted. Are you prepared for what is to come? I can't stress enough now is the time to look at your current lending situation. Can you survive if your income changes? Is your interest rate competitive? If property prices fall as a result of the economic impacts of this virus, it may limit y...our ability to refinance in the future and we have no idea how long before it recovers. Some lenders are still offering refinance cashbacks of up to $4,000. Would this money give you some security, planning for what's to come? I don't care if it's me, your bank or someone else you talk to, but please start the conversation now about your finances, and make sure you are as prepared as you can be. The majority of lenders allow us to do all the appointments and sign-ups via email and video calling, meaning we don't even have to meet face to face. Please don't leave it too late. Don't stockpile toilet paper, but do make sure you're as financially sound as you can be! If you’d like some advice or a friendly chat, please give me a call or shoot me a message.
