20.01.2022 Another foundation badly affected by poor drainage and airflow. Katanning house needed a few stumps to pick up sinking walls due to water being trapped under the building without airflow or ventilation to help it to dry.
17.01.2022 Bridgetown house. 103 years old. All the stumps were replaced. The original stumps were Jarrah railway sleepers. All of them had disappeared just below ground level.
17.01.2022 Northam house had lost approximately 60mm on load bearing stumps. Most of them had rotted at ground level.
06.01.2022 Original little cottage in Albany. Just did a few stumps to allow for continued rental standard as considered by owner.
01.01.2022 Load bearing stumps in Carnamah. Original stumps had deteriorated around perimeter and sunk through the middle from moisture damage.
