15.01.2022 According to a PwC report "State Street Global Advisors acted on their promise to hold directors accountable for making progress on board diversityvoting against directors at 400 companies in their portfolio. State Street indicated that 476 companies within its portfolio had no female directors on their boards. State Street was able to engage with 42 of these companies to determine that efforts had been made to increase gender diversity. At another 34 of the 476 companies, n...either the nominating and governance committee chair nor the senior member of the committee were up for reelection. At the remaining 4oo companies, State Street voted against the members of the nominating and governance committee." This is great leadership from an investor to take proactive action on gender diversity.
