20.01.2022 Hi all, I hope that everyone is well. Sorry we haven't been posting over the last few weeks, honestly, with all of the uncertainty in the world it just hasn't felt right! It has been heart breaking for all of our couples to postpone their wedding dates after so much planning and anticipation, and we too have been feeling this. So, we are always looking for the brighter side of everything, so imagine how spectacular all the weddings will be in 2021 will the extra time to plan..., research and take in all the bridal inspiration on offer.... bring it on. . Although I am always happy to talk photography, this isn't a Photography workshop, or photograp...hy event but just a great chance for every one to break out of the lockdown mood and catch up for a cuppa and a chat about how you have handled (or struggled) through this year. There will be coffee and nibbles on hand, big thanks Corner Cafe Co., and we would love the tins to get a little rattle or log in and make an online donation with the QR code that will be displayed at the entrance of the gallery. Now, this catch up isn't just for the boys, the girls and partners are a big part of the Movember movement so it would be great to see every one for a chat! We don't need to tell you that it has been a hard year, from bush fires and smoke to a pandemic and lockdowns...2020, you have been a challenge! Mental health is an ongoing issue but has really tested a lot of people this year. So we have signed up with Movember to help raise a bit of well needed cash to support Men's Health and these guys are also partnered with Beyond Blue, so win win!. A big thanks to the awesome team at The Barbers Bru in Albury who took the clippers to my beard to raise awareness for Movember Australia and left me with a Mo that literally scared my children. I am not sure how long it has been since my chin saw sunlight, but we currently have beer samples found deep in the old follicles undergoing carbon dating and early estimates are coming in around 10 years. And East Albury IGA for their donation of supplies for today, very appreciated! The funds we raise will help fuel game-changing work in men’s mental health, innovative medical research, and groundbreaking tests and treatments for prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
