25.01.2022 So instead of a big BBQ I decided to make a simple double patti bacon cheeseburger. BBQ and Sweet Ass Mustard Sauce top this off to the max.

22.01.2022 So got this idea from recipe videos community. Beef stuffed with baby spinach, smoked ham and cheese. All wrapped in streaky bacon and dusted with one of my great rubs. I used my own rub for flavouring to give it a little bit of sweet savoury goodness. Came up great

16.01.2022 Ok had some beef spare ribs and was looking for a bar snack. First I rub them up nice and good. Smoked and slow cooked for about 4 hours. Tender but not fall apart. Once done cut into bar snack size, added some chipotle sauce and honey and fried in a pan until the sauce had thicken slightly. Great little snack.
