24.01.2022 We are looking forward to trying this at the Capital Region Farmer's Market at EPIC this Saturday morning.. Saffron poached pear crepe with black truffle cream created by French chef Kim at Fine Terrines & Pates / Creperie and features truffles from Turalla Truffles farm. YUM!!

23.01.2022 Christmas has come early for us this year with four awards from the 2020 world wide Academy of Chocolate Awards announced yesterday. Silver for our Orange, Cinnamon and Cayenne Dark Chocolate, Silver for our White Chocolate with Sour Cherries, Bronze for our Bougainville PNG 66% Dark Chocolate and commendation for the French Vanilla drinking chocolate.
