24.01.2022 This is was a very close call thankfully the circuit breaker isolated before the apartment went up in flames. In this case the exhaust fan in the bathroom was left on when the owner left the apartment, after a couple of hours the heat build caused the bearings to cease, this stopped the blades from turning while the motor was still trying to turn, the outcome was whats left in this photo. Moral of the story when you leave your apartment be sure that all of your appliances are turned of, or else you might be unlucky enough to return to a house/apartment that is no more..

04.01.2022 After a tip off to the police they discovered a 2 story 45 sqm house which at the time was a rental had been converted to grow marijuana, these photos show that state of the house after the raid with all plants removed. I had the task of removing all the hazards wiring and restoring power to the house. This was an elaborate set up to say the least with false walls built behind the windows, and to think the house was located on a main rd in point cook the neighbors had no idea.
