24.01.2022 I sanded all the existing blue color. I sprayed a white undercoat first plus used a selleys timber apply filler . Sanded till smooth, dusted and sprayed matching blue color over white. Next, i sprayed a third coat which showed through. I fine filled areas and lightly sanded. One final touchup coat so the job was finished. The fascia on the back working room i sanded bare and brushed twice in red.

24.01.2022 I coloured caulked up the glass tiles to the sealed concrete benches, and the brass,bronze or copper splash backs where they met the sealed concrete bench tops. It took several applications over consecutive days, as the cracks were too wide . I used two colors. The living/dining area was boldened up rolling two coats of burgundy to match the stained window trims. It was approved by an interior designer. Two other colors were rolled on other rooms in the house which was agreed... to by owner. Special features of the work were a silver base metallic paint finish above the kitchen bench to the butlers pantry and the ensuite. The ceilings were rolled twice with lowsheen and looked great. There will be further painting on the window trims at a future date.

23.01.2022 This deck was sanded for inspection of house for sale. The kitchen walls and ceiling were coated with solvent smoke sealer and patched and fine filled. The fan orginally went in the corner and i filled the hole and covered over with patch'nfill. About two days later i painted the whole ceiling twice to remove patch mark.

20.01.2022 I painted this job after a plasterer fixed the plaster to a standard so all the damage caused by the tenants was removed. The roof was also replaced outside to seal up any water damage etc. The interior walls and ceilings were painted with a Taubmans product from the Melbourne metropolitan area.It had excellent coverage on the walls and the ceiling paint was also very good. The timber floors were washed twice with spirits by the owner before painting was able to start.... The second level needs more repair maintenance and I will come back at a later date to complete that area. See more

19.01.2022 The back verandah i used pressure washer then steel wool and hose to scrub the lichen and moss spores off the timber. Some of the fascia and eeves needed spot sanding and priming. Before all painting off the exterior work i pressure washed it all. The handrails required priming from bare and the gates required sanding , rust converter and metal primer too.

19.01.2022 I sanded back the gutters and fascia smooth with the orbital removing any paint coming off. After a dust i coversheeted the bricks etc up to the edges of the eeves. Then I sprayed the eeves,fascia and gutters till finished.

17.01.2022 I used lowsheen on ceiling for effect and walls to open office rooms up. Aluminium windows and support beams in black solashield for maximum life. Arcs ,skirts and doors picked out in acrylic gloss trim. Back tile areas sealed in solvent and finished in acrylic gloss to update 70s appearance. Cupboards sprayed to keep room in line with rest of painting. I cleaned up the old sink with spirits.

16.01.2022 This fence was prepped and painted with an abrasive disc I haven't used before back to bare timber. Some pickets needed replacing which I will nail and/or organize with a builder once finished paintjob. After the timber was dry I undercoated it with dulux weather shield which is selfpriming and looks good.

15.01.2022 This job was painted one color throughout. I painted the bedrooms for the new carpet to be layed. When there was less workers i painted the entrance passage. The laundry closet i just brushed in. Then the wet areas were given a renovation which i then painted. I rolled the larger living areas ceiling and walls, leaving the entertainment area alone and kitchen black wall. I then finished the bar room off so the house could go on the market. The garage was added onto the house ...and had an awkward ceiling to roll. The house just recently went for auction. See more

15.01.2022 Recently coated this porch with Jetdry enamel paving paint.Very good result. The timber gables etc were coated with Ultradeck timber stain. Also very good. The wallpaper was in squares called piece of cake wallpaper.The client liked the new look.

13.01.2022 I started this job just as the coronavirus forced so many businesses to home. It was painted partly at home and also at the job. I used a coverseal for the teak to bond and finish with a semigloss trim acrylic paint. A big improvement for the coffetable with the veneer and the black knobs on all the doors of the other furniture accompanied very well. The client loved the work.... I need to move a bit of the furniture once the social distance rule ceases. See more

12.01.2022 The kitchen was due for a freshen up. There were two colors for the joinery so I picked what I had available. The client liked the result. The ceiling needed plaster repair and a sand .I kept the original color for the whole ceiling leaving the disused back joinery cupboards in a plain matt finish. The walls just required a wash and a touchup coat . The double windows were in good condition and after a few undercoats looked neat.

11.01.2022 I removed the original merbau stain by orbital sanding. These splits and woodrot needed sanding,digging out and bogging then sanding again. The customer then re coated their deck in natural stain.

11.01.2022 I painted these lattice sections of a carport.The spraywork completed most of it and some careful brushwork to finish it off .It is the showpiece of the front of the house now.

11.01.2022 This was part of a renovation on the kitchen and living area. There was a lot of dust around so I washed all walls before they were painted in undercoat and lowsheen. The ceilings needed gapping along the plasterjoins to close the gaps.They were rolled twice ( without heating to prevent the paint from coagulation) after sealing plaster work beforehand .There were gaps between cabinetry and walls and the slate wall beside the fire, after finishing walls I caulked these areas which gave a standout result. The varnished trims were sanded to a dull finish dusted and given a 3in1 timber paint double coat until covered well for an Aquanamel gloss acrylic finish.

11.01.2022 Some work stripping back the cedar windows bare then staining twice. Different look to just a light sand and stain. Another part of reno for a full house paint over the past 18 months.

09.01.2022 In this attic there were two mdf door and newly plastered areas where there was previously two walls. I matched up the existing house colors with a good result.

09.01.2022 This 1500 dollar outdoor table had a coat of oil i removed by orbital sander and fine palm sanding and hand sanding on the softer edges. After a dust I oiled a coat of natural stain let soak and clear leaving grains showing up. 6 hours later another coat to complete the surface work.

08.01.2022 The exterior arcs i sanded square. I patched up with builders bog, sanded undercoated and finefilled and lightly sanded Two more coats of solashield brushed and done. The doors were sanded smooth, dusted and undercoated Then two coats brushed in solashield. The interior ceilings had a few coats of flat acrylic and the walls were tinted to matching colors. The windows and trims were all filled, sanded,sealed at least twice for concealment of patches and then semiglossed in matching colors.

06.01.2022 This job composed of decking and rendered areas needing surface attention.The deck sanded well and I fixed a few boards back on. With the time I had between weather changes I had to coat the deck twice over two days and sand back and touchup any water contact had. The render had tiny cracks and some movement I filled and made the owner of the property satisfied with the result I achieved.

06.01.2022 This job was completed over three days. I painted the higher areas and windows all darker than what was previously there . The client was pleased with the result and commended me. I put trestles along the sloped front yard for safety and height. I

05.01.2022 I filled some dints in woodwork and walls. Sealed up a dry water stain in a ceiling completely. Some minor touch ups afterwards. Brushed and rolled walls in sections of house.

04.01.2022 This is a job revisited but upstairs. I completed all the inside by September. I painted all the stairwell walls and ceilings same color for ease of access. The house was finished with painting and re ovations in September and ready for a new tenant. Next project here will be the bottom half of the exterior.

02.01.2022 There were two bedrooms a large living room and passage and wetareas to work on. They were all finished in lowsheen on plastered surfaces and a semigloss for timbered doors and trims. Bold darker colors in the bedrooms and lighter greys in the living, passage and wet areas. The bedrooms required heat for the paint to dry properly over the duration of the work, due to humid conditions and wet weather. ... 01.01.2022 This is the second part of the painting at this premises. The ceilings were finished in lowsheen in all areas and with the color effects on the walls and skirtings,etc in coming posts make for a great combination for the owners furniture and drapes, household items and picture frames also. The large chandeliers and ceiling roses leave a beautiful look in each room.
