02.01.2022 I just had four tyres fitted at the Thornleigh Store in Sydney. I live mostly 250km away and part time in Sydney, so i have the choice of multiple tyre sellers, also owning three cars (4x4) and a light truck. This morning i was in a extreme hurry and had my car booked in at 730am, the staff knowing this rang me yesterday and asked me to arrive 15... minutes earlier, at 715am. I had to get the four tyres and a wheel alignment. On arrival at 715am they had the car in and had the whole team working on it, and had it turned around by 745am. The boys gave me the "We need help" survey paper among other bits of paper, but i think a personal email is better. As i said i drive past many tyre retailers but have found not only the service but also the knowledge at Thornleigh first class. Having a few four wheel drives i do a bit of desert outback travel, plus farm vehicles as well as highway driving. This certainly is not my closest store. Today's experience was in a word sensational, helpful and beyond great customer service. Honestly i barely had time to drink the great free coffee. I think the salesperson was John (pommy) and helped by Mark. I have been a owner of a retail business for 40 years and the lack of customer service always amazes me in Australia and i am critical and not easily pleased with the abundance of second rate service. Well done on the Thornleigh Store. I will be back.
