RULES as follows: *Private inspections may be carried out between potential buyers or tenants and a single agent. ... *These inspections are not limited to a single person but to a household, ie, a couple from the same household may inspect a property together but you should minimise movement wherever possible. One prospective buyer/tenant may be accompanied by one other adult from the same household, plus any children under the age of 18 from that household. *The requirement for individuals to stay within 5km of their homes will not apply with respect to inspecting real estate. *We must follow all safety, distancing and hygiene guidelines. All inspections (sales and rentals) will be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes. *We must record the name, phone number and inspection time of each attendee per property (Homepass can help with this). *The guidelines are silent on the use of services, such as photographers, to which we will seek clarification. *A person from metropolitan Melbourne is not permitted to travel to regional Victoria to view property, and no one from regional Victoria may travel to Melbourne. *Auctions may be conducted online only.
