25.01.2022 Miss Jade had some float practice this morning in preparation for her next adventure... shes off to the breakers! Cant wait to see this stunning baby strutting her stuff under saddle

23.01.2022 Good to get Artie back down to @cpmequestrian for a jump today! Showjumping isnt high on Arties list of favourite things to do, it doesnt come easily to him, but he tries very hard and is improving all the time, cant ask for more than that

23.01.2022 Artie is currently looking a little more hack than eventer with the comp season on hold

23.01.2022 Baby Cora took on Toowoomba solo this weekend after Artie pulled out the my toes are feeling a little sore this week wild card and got himself a weekend at ho...me. At just her second event she showed a lot of improvement in her focus in the dressage, had a couple of green baby moments in the showjumping, and finished with a lovely confident cross country run for a top 10 finish Thank you to Toowoomba Jump Club for your efforts running the event, event and class sponsors and volunteers Thank you Mum Julie, Lachie and Shaneen for all your help over the weekend, Ella Macdonald and Elyssa for all your hard work, Vanessa Burton - Equiflexions Massage and Body Solutions for helping keep the ponies feeling fabulous and Ron Major Aussie Equine Supplys for supplying excellent products that have the ponies looking and feeling fantastic

21.01.2022 Thank you team Tamborine Equestrian Group - TEG for another fantastic event on the weekend! And to all the event and class sponsors and volunteers who make it p...ossible, we really appreciate you! Cora finished her season on a high with a very confident step up to the EvA80 class. Calmest and most obedient dressage test shes given me, SJ clear and XC clear with a little bit of time Shes only 4 and still giving me plenty of sass But shes very brave, honest and a lot of fun, Im absolutely loving her Thanks Charlotte for your help along the way! Ella did a great job piloting Rosie around her first event in the EvQ65 class. Rosie behaved beautifully all weekend, doing a very cute dressage test, clear SJ round and a steady, confidence building run XC Shes going to make someone a very cool pony! Lachie and Zara also had a spin around the EvQ65 class. Zara was her usual consistent self doing a calm test (even the bit of freestyle the jockey performed in the second half was good on her part ) and jumping clear SJ and XC to finish on her dressage score in 10th place Thanks so much to Mum Julie and Shaneen for all your help over the weekend, we couldnt do it without you... and Laura-Grace Nicholls for a super plaiting job at short notice! Thanks also to Ron Major Aussie Equine Supplys for supplying products that keep the ponies looking, feeling and performing in great condition and Vanessa Burton - Equiflexions Massage and Body Solutions for keeping to ponies feeling supple, willing and happy to put their best foot forward

20.01.2022 Libby was a star yet again at Warwick Horse Trials, finishing on her dressage score for 3rd place in the EVA80 class Big thanks to the committee, class sponsor... Eventing Queensland and major event sponsor DRB Floats for a fantastic event! Thank you to Lachie for your help strapping, Ella and Elyssa for having everything so organised for the weekend, Mum Julie for taking care of everything at home and Charlotte for your help with all my ponies, was great to see you back at it too! And of course huge thanks to my sponsor Vanessa Burton - Equiflexions Massage and Body Solutions for keeping all the ponies supple and happy, no doubt Libbys pre-event treatment contributed to her PB 69% dressage score Im not in a hurry to part with this one, but if anyone is looking for a safe, fun, confidence booster, please get in touch, this could be your horse

19.01.2022 The stunning 3 year old Viscount filly Belrock Valencia. Arrived here for a spell in January after being broken in and is now back in work getting a few miles under her belt with some light training. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, a gorgeous big girl with the temperament and attitude to match! This is a little snippet of her third week in work

19.01.2022 SOLD Rosie is a 14.3hh, approximately 5 year old mare. As she was rescued as a yearling, her breeding is unknown. But what we do know is that she is super cute and turns heads wherever she goes! This special little mare has been a lot of fun to work with! She has a very willing, trainable nature and is working nicely on the flat. She has established medium walk, free walk, working trot, working canter and leg yield. She is showing a nice technique over small fe...nces and has attended jump days, jumping clear around 60-70cm courses, and impressing with her attitude and willingness to jump fill such as planks, gates, brick walls and liverpools. She recently completed her first ODE in the EvQ65 class, at which she scored 66% in the dressage phase, show jumped clear and finished with a steady, confidence building cross country round during which she was honest at skinny fences and trotted confidently into the water. Rosie is well behaved at competitions and is good to catch, handle, drench, shoe and float. She is a straightforward ride, not particularly forward moving and has no vices/buck/ bolt/rear etc., however she is not suited to a beginner due to her age and experience. She would be ideally suited to a competent, confident teen or small adult rider. She is sound, Hendra vaccinated and currently in work. If you can offer Rosie an exceptional, loving home, please contact us for more information or to arrange a viewing.

18.01.2022 First ride on baby Jade today, what a great job Knights Equestrian have done with her! I think shes a bit special

17.01.2022 Good to get Artie back down to @cpmequestrian for a jump today! Showjumping isn’t high on Artie’s list of favourite things to do, it doesn’t come easily to him, but he tries very hard and is improving all the time, can’t ask for more than that

16.01.2022 A few of our clever ponies made a super start to the eventing season at TEG over the weekend! Thanks to Tamborine Equestrian Group - TEG, volunteers and event and class sponsors for running a great event as always! Artie stepped up in grade to EvA95 with a lovely dressage test, one mistake for a rail in an otherwise tidy showjumping round and jumped well around a slippery cross country track in pouring rain, adding a bit of time to finish 11th Cora typically lacked a bit o...f focus in her dressage test but she jumped well, only adding a bit of XC time to her dressage score to finish 9th in the EvA80a class Zara had a great weekend across all 3 phases, finishing on her dressage score for 4th place in the EvA80b class Thank you so much to my support crew who I couldnt do this without, Ella, Elyssa, Lachie and Mum Thanks to #blueribbonphotographyqld and #dkaphotographics for the pics

16.01.2022 Caspers enjoying the green pick in the jumping arena so much he doesnt care that his dinner has been served in his paddock This drought is so cruel and relentless, green grass is a bit of a treat these days! The Mount Lindsey bushfire is raging in the background, our thoughts and prayers are with everyone in that community #ivybankcasper #drought #prayforrain @ Beaudesert, Queensland

14.01.2022 Cora and I enjoyed getting back into the swing of things today with her first XC spin in a few months... thanks @cpmequestrian

13.01.2022 Artie would have to be one of the quirkiest little souls Ive met, and certainly not the bravest! But Ive taken him slowly and Im hopeful that patience is starting to be rewarded after a particularly confident schooling session this morning

10.01.2022 We had a fantastic weekend at FTP ODE with two clever ponies in the EVA80a, thanks so much to the committee, event sponsors and class sponsor Ord Minnett! Artie... was super at his first start for the year, behaving impeccably all weekend and leading the class after dressage, adding only a rail and 1 second of time XC to his score to take 3rd place Libby was her usual consistent self, putting in a nice test to be 4th after dressage, only adding 1 second of XC time to her score and got the chocolates! As always teamwork makes the dream work... thanks so much to Lachie and Elyssa for being super grooms all weekend, Elyssa did an amazing job grooming at her first event, and groomed 2 place getters, woohoo Thanks Mum for looking after Jackson and everyone at home, we really appreciate it, makes it so much easier knowing home is in good hands, coach Charlotte Price, and my sponsor Vanessa Burton - Equiflexions Massage and Body Solutions, the ponies were in great form this weekend, and their regular treatments are a big part of that It was also fantastic to have you there watching Libby and Artie do the team proud on XC today!

10.01.2022 Wow, another super weekend at the QI3DE! Huge thanks to Charlotte and team TEG, major event sponsors Steelworks Construction and all other sponsors, officials a...nd volunteers for putting on a fantastic event! After a less than ideal dressage warm up due to a little mishap during lunging in which his bridle was broken, Artie gave me a calm and obedient test for a respectable 67.5%. Thank you so much to Sarah Goodwin for the loan of a bridle to get the job done He gave me quite the quirky ride XC, as only Artie can, although confident and honest at all the fences, jumped clear and on time. He showjumped his quietest, most rideable round to date, just one special Artie moment cost him a rail, to finish 6th overall Thank you so much to my support crew Vanessa Burton - Equiflexions Massage and Body Solutions, Ron Major for supplying great products that work and have the ponies looking and performing super, Lachie, Mum Julie Champion for doing a super job taking care of Jackson and all the ponies at home, Elyssa, Ella Macdonald and Shaneen Elliott, was great to see you there, thanks for your support always and for coming along, I appreciate it and love when youre a part of it And how about Shaneen winning the raffle to top it all off!!! #equiflexions #aussieequinesupplys

04.01.2022 Had a lovely morning out at the first leg of the Cedar Grove Summer Series riding Shaneen Elliotts Rudolph at his first competition. Unfortunately the judge didnt love his medium and free jog, which brought his score down, but hes a bit cheeky with that at home too, something to keep working on! He otherwise behaved impeccably from the warm up to the ring and produced some lovely work, cant ask any more than that of a young horse, so proud of him! Thank you Shaneen for trusting me with your special boy Looking forward to the next round

02.01.2022 Fig Tree ODE wrap up.... Thanks so much to the committee, volunteers, event and class sponsors for putting on a great event as always! Artie had another super r...un in the EvA80A class, leading after the dressage, had one silly rail in the showjumping and finally showed us hes ready to take the next step up with a very tidy, chilled cross country round to finish 3rd Cora was excellent at her first event! She had some nice moments in her dressage test, although the judges didnt think her travers down the centreline was anywhere near as special as she did One green rail in the showjumping and a fantastic clear cross country round! Thanks so much to everyone who helped out over the weekend, Lachie, Mum Julie, Pa John, to Ella Macdonald and Elyssa who work super hard behind the scenes, Charlotte for all your help and support and Vanessa Burton and Ron Major whose knowledge and advice keeps the ponies looking and feeling fantastic! #teamworkmakesthedreamwork Vanessa Burton - Equiflexions Massage and Body Solutions Aussie Equine Supplys
