17.01.2022 Popped back out to my old stomping ground of Orange Airport over the long weekend to see the QantasLink flight from Sydney. I was also able to catch some of the GA aircraft there too.

13.01.2022 1 week down, 1 more to go in Ballina.... Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is sadly not a very spotter friendly airport either (lack of photography locations & airport workers enforcing non existent rules).

13.01.2022 I was lucky enough to be in seat 1A & given a headset by the First Officer, Zac on my flight home today from Ballina! You dont understand how busy it can get in cockpit until you have the ability to observe.... from listening out for radio calls to looking out for other planes!

09.01.2022 I hung around Bathurst Airport all afternoon waiting for this nice Bell 206 JetRanger from Commercial Helicopters to return & I wasn't disappointed. I think the pilot knew he was being watched so he put on a little bit of a show which I happily wouldn't complain!

05.01.2022 Last week I had the opportunity to go & shoot Orange Helicopters and Orange Limousines newest addition to their fleet, a MBB/Kawasaki BK117, VH-VCB. After having a quick look inside, I can say that this is a very tidy machine that will be very well looked after by Dean, Janine & their crew!

04.01.2022 Something a little different today.... Last Friday I flew on Rex's ZL6565 (Bathurst - Parkes - Sydney) and with the Bathurst - Parkes sector being flown at 8,000ft, I was able to snap some pics along the way. Seen here are Bathurst Airport (New South Wales), Orange Airport & Parkes Airport. Its fantastic to see how green it is given the last few years, brown was the most common colour! However this time, the gold & brown colours are cereal crops that starting to prepare for harvest or hay making activities!
