I always seem to be rushing around everywhere but I always fit my facial rolling in, during the morning routine after I put on my serum I pick up either my Jade Facial Roller or my Clear Quartz Roller and start rolling while I continue getting the kids ready for the day. At night I tend to use my White Jade Massage Stones and my Rose Quartz Gua Sha as I have a bit more time to relax and enjoy the massage once the kids are settled.
