21.01.2022 LEG STRETCHES These are some of my favourite stretches to do! I have been incorporating these into my morning routine and I love feeling more bendy and flexible through my legs. Swap the theraband for a towel or tea towel to get a deep stretch through the calves. Flexing and pointing the toes in the band/towel increases the stretch. Hold each stretch for about 15 seconds or 3-4 slow deep breaths! - Better Together @jackjohnson
