24.01.2022 To be Pa'a is to have a unshakable foundation. In the Traditional Ho'oponopono process we look into your foundation. Your Foundation is your Ohana- where you came from and how your connected lines are with those people. Now that I have a child of my own, I witness every word, every action is observed, and copied. We do not realise how much we learnt from those that brought us up. We learnt how to respond, how to be in social situations, how to engage with others and the world... and much much more. So when we are confronted with things that within ourselves, that we need to shift. Through questioning I clearly see that those that brought us up were presented with the same things at some point in their life- and its not hard to see the link.....
