25.01.2022 This is such a beautiful video. No transitions, no special effects, ONE clip, one take. Why is it so good? Theres a couple of reasons and heres 2.. 1; I am beginning to understand more and more how to capture light in a moment.... 2; I shoot from my heart! Shooting this way captures the emotion that is in that present moment. Because I feel what I shoot, that makes the editing process rather straight forward. I know what music to put with the clip so YOU, the viewer, FEEL what I felt when I was filming. The more I do this thing the less complicated it becomes. 14.01.2022 Everything has its place. From the knives and forks, to DMT and beyond I feel like my most recent experience on this beautiful journey has triggered or possibly unlocked something inside of me.... Leading upto Thursday night Ive been doing a lot of discovery of self and highlighting ineffective behaviours. A big one for me was control and being so focused on the outcome it would take me away from the present moment. In a sense I had an expectation and was unconsciously controlling and manipulating things because my focus was outcome .. this is huge! In the past I have struggled with being present and overthinking. I think they go hand in hand. I also think there is definitely a place for control and focusing on outcome. If you want to save 1 million dollars, you need to control your finances. So bringing awareness to this and making informed decisions moving forward... time to go to the next level See more

11.01.2022 I havent posted a single photo in 30 days yesterday I looked at my ig grid and it didnt look anything like how I want it too which was really cool because now I can make adjustments ... I absolutely love and appreciate looking at somebodies grid who has curated their feed, like legit I appreciate it so much but something I appreciate more than that is seeing raw, candid, beautiful content of family and friends, laughing, sharing food, holidaying together, navigating through adversity together.... 06.01.2022 Learning to let go more and more does so much for me. The biggest upside is I have more energy to invest in me when I let go more of trying to control everything else!
