10.01.2022 Valued clients! Just a friendly reminder of my cancellation policy. Coming into silly season it’s important to let me know if you cannot make your appointment with a weeks notice! I totally understand sometimes things crop up last minute or you are unwell however last minute cancellations effect my business including my other clients that could have possibly filled that spot and my income (yes this is what keeps a roof over my head and food on the table ). You WILL ...be charged 30% of your service if you cancel under 24 hours notice or if you do not show up. With COVID restrictions I am already going to have limited appointments available due to only having one client in the salon at any given time, so please book your appointment in advance if needed and be mindful when booking appointments so far in advance to ensure you can commit to that booking. I am currently booked up until November 3rd, however I do have a cancellation list in place for anyone wanting to put their name down. To avoid disappointment I recommend scheduling all appointments now leading up to Christmas. ... As it is only myself I am trying my best to get everyone in with but I do need your help to be organised and prepare all appointments in advance.
